Carlson's Choke Tubes are manufactured from corrosion resistant 17-4 PH Stainless Steel, and are backed with a lifetime warranty.
Designed for use with Hevi-Shot but any lead, nickel, or copper platted load can be used, this high performance choke tube has been specifically designed for the coyote hunter to deliver devastating down-range patterns upwards of 70 yards when shooting Dead Coyote “T” shot.
Carlson's finds that the Dead Coyote by Hevi-Shot, Heavy Weight Coyote by Federal, and #4 buck pattern the best through this choke tube.
This tube is not for use with Steel shot.
The Dead Coyote choke is also a great waterfowl choke for those hunters using Hevi-Shot loads for long range shooting.

"I've used this predator calling for two seasons in central Alaska and have had zero problems putting #4 buck on target at 50+ yds. It also makes a pretty mean close range 15-30yd head shot snowshoe hare dropper. Very fun for the avid wing shooter looking for a new challenge. You need to pattern it with different loads as some gun / choke / shot size combos just are not reliable killers at longer ranges. I haven't field shot out to the claim of 77yds but I think it is capable in my gun."
