What's the best way to mount a scope to a Rugger 10/22?
The Ruger 10/22 has a legendary action is a tried and true Ruger design that ensures consistent, reliable performance.
It comes with a detachable 10-round rotary magazine and is one of the most popular rimfire rifles.
Are you looking to easily mount a scope to your Ruger 10/22?
Our one piece, 20 MOA picatinny scope mount is a great option and exactly what you need for your Ruger 10/22.
No need to use dovetail rings that are difficult to mount and dismount or use across platforms.
Our mount easily screws directly to the receiver and it comes with the necessary hardware.
This Ruger 10/22 scope mount allows you to easily mount your scope using picatinny or weaver rings.
If you are already using a picatinny rail on your centerfire rifle, this gives you the ability to easily swap your scope between hosts.
Our Ruger 10/22 rails are proudly made in the U.S.A. and include all of the necessary mounting hardware.
Why is the EGW scope mount the best for my Rugger 10/22?
Picatinny cross slots run the full length of the rail, which gives the shooter flexibility when mounting scope rings and other accessories.
The channel in the center reduces the overall mass of the mount.
Also, in many cases, it will not obstruct usage of factory iron sights.
Our one-piece scope mounts are the obvious choice for hunters and tactical shooters alike.
We machine these in our shop using one of our machining centers.
After machining, the mounts are tumbled, sand blasted, and Type II anodized for long lasting durability.
Should I use loctite when installing my picatinny scope mount?
We always recommend a drip of blue loctite or thread locker when installing your scope mounts (loctite is sold separately).
Do I need to torque my hardware when installing my picatinny scope mount?
We always recommend torquing the mounting hardware to 20 in/lbs unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer of the firearm.
We recommend:
0 MOA - if shooting 0-150 yards
20 MOA - if shooting 150-300 yards
The entire mount and accessories (from the mounting screws and wrench down to the packaging) are made in the USA.
