The Lyman Split-Lock Die Locking Ring is designed as an improvement over traditional die lock rings, because there is no chance of the set screw coming in contact with the die threads.
This eliminates the chance of marring or damaging the die threads as with other die rings.
Made from steel the Split-Lock Die Locking Ring will fit all standard 7/8"-14 threaded dies.
