This die set contains a Full Length Resizing Die with the addition of a carbide size button and a Competition Seating Die.
Note: Alternate seating stems are available for the Competition seating Die to accommodate VLD Style bullets.
The Master Hunter (MH-C) Die Set was designed for the hunter that wants to make extremely precise handloads that feed and chamber reliably in the field where a quick follow up shot might be needed.
As such, this die set features a Full Length Sizing Die designed to resize the cartridge case and adjust the shoulder position as needed to promote proper chambering.
The addition of a free floating carbide size button makes inside neck resizing smoother and easier without lubrication.
Also included is the industry leading Competition Bullet Seating Die that assures precise bullet and case alignment before and during the seating operation.
This die is also micro-adjustable making adjustments to seating depth fast and accurate.
Redding Master Hunter die sets were developed after the success of the National Match die sets. Featuring the micrometer adjustable Competition Seating Die and Full Length Sizer Die, this die set helps to produce high quality ammunition to the tightest specifications.
The use of a full length sizer die ensures flawless feeding just in case a follow-up shot is required.

"These Master Hunter dies have been awesome to use for me as I have 3 different sets: 28 Nosler, 25-06, and 6.5 PRC. I have always used RCBS dies (which are good dies); however there is no comparison to the Redding Master Hunter dies. I have all but eliminated runout and I can honestly say that my groups have tightened up nicely. Additionally, once you dial in the seater die it does a great job of holding the setting. When I am seating bullets I mic every 5th load and I have yet to catch it moving. If you are a bench rest shooter or you demand very accurate hunting loads like I do, you need these dies--they are worth the money."
