Kit includes:
- Small decapping die for 22 to 50 caliber cases with maximum case length of 2.625"
- Rod to use small decapping die with 17 to 20 caliber cases
- Large decapping die for 284 to 50 caliber cases with maximum case length of 3"
These Redding Decapping Dies allow you to deprime and clean your cases prior to sizing.
The Small Die will deprime 22 through 50 caliber cases with lengths up to 2.625", and the Large Die will deprime 284 to 50 caliber cases with lengths up to 3".
The 17 to 20 Caliber Decapping Rod works with the Small Die only and will deprime all 17 and 20 caliber cases and accommodates the small .060" flash holes found on many BR and PPC cases.
Notes:
- These dies decap the cases but do no other sizing or forming
The large die will not accommodate a neck diameter of less than 25 caliber.
