Product Description
This set includes a stainless steel guide rod and an extremely reliable chrome silicon 15-pound flat wire spring that lasts much longer than regular full size recoil springs.
With this kit, you can guarantee better performance for your pistol every time you pull the trigger!
The innovative flat wire design permits for a longer free length with more coils while preserving tension better than round wire springs - plus you save time as the guide rod is already prepped to fit compact barrel lugs and link.
The Bullet Proof compact spring kit is rigorously tested and requires no changes to install.
Its .250" diameter rod can be conveniently reinstalled in a mere matter of minutes. Both at-home or field applications make it an easy solution for any problem you may have.

5 STAR REVIEW:
"I purchased a used 1950s 38 Super that had either a worn out recoil spring or an incorrect one. Slide would hold open about every 3rd shot. Swapped out the old recoil spring and guide rod with this kit. Gun runs perfectly now and seems easier to charge. May be my imagination but recoil seems less as well. Shooting Remington 130gr +P ammunition. Very Pleased"
