"I changed this module out on my 320C with the Romeo Pro. I already had a few magazines that fit and the longer grip helps with the balance for me. The original felt "short" in my hands. My weapon mounted lights work and it fits my holsters. It was easy to change and is an improvement in my opinion. The stippling could be a bit more aggressive but that's just my preference.
