The ZEV Technologies Competition Spring Kit contains an extra heavy trigger spring (heavier is better, as it helps you pull the trigger), a reduced power firing pin spring, and a reduced power firing pin safety spring.
The result is the lightest and smoothest possible trigger pull for your Glock.
When used in conjunction with the ZEV Technologies V3 Race Connector, the trigger pull weight is reduced down to 2 lbs total.

"If you run GLOCK Gen 3 or Gen 4 then this is a great upgrade to your trigger. Also, since you will have to disassemble both your slide and your frame for installation, I would suggest that you take the time to polish up all metal parts with Flitz, Mothers Aluminum & Chrome Polish, with a Dremel and Polishing bits. This will enhance and smooth out the rough trigger pull. Then when you have the competition spring kit installed you will notice an appreciable difference along with dropping at least 1.5 lbs. of trigger weight."
"I installed the firing pin and trigger spring only. Distinct improvement over stock, trigger take up feels less spongey, break is crisp and the pull is much lighter however I cannot give a measurement. I did not install the slide pin spring however.
