The Zev Technologies Extended Magazine Base Pad is the perfect addition to your factory 9mm and 40 S&W Glock magazines.
Constructed of hard anodized aluminum, these drop in replacements for the factory baseplate add 5 rounds for 9mm and 4 for 40 S&W.

"This is a great base pad and the magazine performs flawlessly from round 1 to round 22. A little stiff loading the last two rounds the first couple of times. The hardest part of the installation is taking the original base plate off of the glock magazine. My only criticism is that the ZEV base pad costs more than the OEM magazine."
"I am admittedly a Zev fanboy. I have multiple Zev items, on multiple different Glocks. They look cool, function flawlessly, and are competitively priced; why wouldn't you want one? In regards to these baseplates, they are the best on the market. I like them because they are textured, now what does that mean? Compare these to the Taran Tactical Innovation baseplates. TTI is awesome, and I have a lot of their stuff, but when it comes to their baseplates they are smooth, like a gen 5 Glock slide. These Zev mags are textured in the sense that they have lines to grab onto when loading/clearing a malfunction. I have multiple friends who use these exact mag extensions for law enforcement capacity too. Downsides include: DO NOT work with Glock 19 mags (I have tried, unreliable feed issues) but on the upside you can use on Glock 17 mags and just put that set up in your Glock 19. Other issue is it is a +5 mag, so it sticks out of the magwell like an inch. Not really a big issue, but if you are a LEO, rock two of these in the mag pouch and a standard 17-round mag in the gun or else the mag will poke into the seat while you're driving and it makes it uncomfortable. At the end of the day, I would put these on literally all (but one if you are a cop) my Glock 17 mags if I could afford it. Will not be disappointed. I have even cerakoted a couple of these and they look great and run flawlessly."
