The decapping rod has a special spring loaded decapping pin to ensure the spent primer is always fully ejected from the primer pocket.
Eliminates spent primers hanging up in bottom of the primer pocket and jamming your progressive press.
Works in ALL RCBS handgun Dies except Cowboy Dies
