Wilson Combat Bullet Proof  extractors are crafted from premium alloy steel and then heat treated to ensure maximum durability.

This allows them to maintain high tension for extended periods of time without any sign of chipping or breakage, making them the number one choice among professional gunsmiths.

No other extractor on the market offers such superior quality and performance.

Our 1911 extractors make installation a breeze, as they only need minimal fitting for smooth and reliable operation.

Even better, in some cases you can simply drop them into place without any final tightening needed!

When used with our Wilson Combat firing pin stop, you will be able to get complete optimization of the extractor function on all types of 1911 pistols.

  • Caliber: .45 ACP
  • Fits: 80 series
  • Bullet Proof
  • Stainless steel
  • Fully Machined from PH 13-8 Stainless Steel tool steel with a tensile strength of 215,000 PSI
  • Hook location tolerances held to +/- .001"
  • Radiused corners for extended life and smooth feeding
  • Full diameter rear shaft holds tension longer over factory parts many times over
  • Heat treated to optimum hardness and cryogenically treated

Series 70 vs Series 80 1911 Extractors:

The difference between Series 70 and Series 80 extractors is a plunger retainer stud machined into the Series 80 extractor.

This retainer stud holds the firing pin safety plunger that is visible next to the disconnector rail in place on Colt-style Series 80 slides.

All extractors which are designed to work in a Series 80 1911 will also work in all Series 70 guns, however extractors designed for Series 70 guns lack the machined cut which allows the firing pin lock plunger to be installed and therefore can not be used in Series 80 guns.

Kimber series II guns can use either a 70 series or 80 series.

All Springfield Armory 1911 pistols are 70 series.

5 STAR REVIEWS:

"Picked up a Taurus PT1911 used at a decent price and had a stovepipe on literally every mag for 200 rds. Found a link to a Wilson Combat extractor on a reddit thread and happy I followed it. The fit was a little tight during install but I've put another 100 rds through the pistol with the new extractor without a single failure. Well worth the cost to make the pistol reliable when the other option was to trade it in for a loss. Can't recommend highly enough."

"I have a Combat Commander. It has a slight habit of jamming. I installed this ejector and the Wilson firing pin. Put about 75 rounds through the gun, using three different clips, and not a single jam. I would have expected at least one. So too early to tell for sure, but so far, seems to have solved a problem."

"After suffering constant FTEs I ordered this extractor. With the help of their videos, I installed and tuned the Wilson Combat part. The gun now runs flawlessly, including my JHP hand loads. Thank!"
