"From the good packaging (gun parts seem to be so well-packaged and unless you were a gun guy you'd never know that), this slide stop fit right into my 2023 Springfield Garrison 1911 9mm stainless without a hitch. It isn't as shiny as the stock piece, but after reading about the fact that much of the internals outside of the frame, slide and barrel in this gun are MIM parts, this Bulletproof slide stop was a necessity. It is well-machined, no rough edges, and adds the extra couple of millimeters needed to get the slide stop into/out of lock easily. Worth the money spent, if not for the fact that it should last forever. No machining necessary for this gun, and who doesn't love a drop-in part that instantly makes your gun stronger?"

"Answered my prayers. Lots of 9mm slide stops, but couldn't find a quality slightly extended one until now. It was WAY expensive, twice that of others, but I was having multiple failures to lock up at end of mag, and finally bit the bullet and ordered this one. The quality alone was immediately apparent.
